Samir Aliyev

Executive Director of Azeri-Fugro Samir Aliyev was graduated from State Oil Academy in 1994 and has big work experience in oil industry working in different foreign companies for big oil and gas projects.
1996-1997 - worked in "MacShelf" JV as mechanical engineer participating in engineering construction of Chirag-1 offshore platform topsides.
1997-1998 - worked in "AMEC" company as mechanical engineer participating in engineering design for refurbishment of semi-submersible vessel "Istiglal"
1998-2006 - worked in "Halliburton" company as CAD Engineering Manager making co-ordination of Model design for AIOC Full Field Development FFD Phase 1,2& 3 projects and Sangachal Terminal Expansion ACG FFD Project Phase 1,2 & 3
2006- to now working at the position of Executive Director of JV "Azeri-Fugro"

Shikar Ibragimov

Deputy of Executive Director Shikar Ibrahimov - honored engineer of Azerbaijan Republic was among the first Azerbaijanian drillers working in Cuba in 1962 where he was busy with making up the tasks for the drilling of exploration wells on Franses islands. In 1976 - 77 he was the leader of group supervising construction of the only hose-cable craft "Ali Amirov" in France. In 1994 he was a leader of engineering geotechnical team operating in Iran area of the Caspian Sea by an order of Islamic Republic of Iran.

Geotechnical laboratory manager of "Azeri-Fugro" J.V.
Education: The State Oil Academy оf Azerbaijan Republic. Postgraduate study: Moscow Industrial Research Institute on Engineering researches in Construction.
Training taken: Frayberg Mountain Academy ( Germany), Fugro Consult GMBH in Berlin and Fugro Engineers B.V. in Leidschendam (Netherlands).
Over 35 years of work experience in geotechnics.
